Moscow Oblast Duma (Russian Federation)
In 2002, co-operation commenced with Moscow Oblast Duma, which is the regional legislative body of Moscow Oblast, also called Podmoskovye.
In autumn of the same year, the Chairman of the Bratislava Self-Governing Region met in Moscow Oblast Duma, representatives led by its Spokesman Mr. V.E.Aksakov. The Protocol on Co-operation was signed on November 15th, 2002.
Meetings continue to be held; and discussed are mainly issues of joint projects in the field of culture, sport, youth and education. Ms. Galina S. Utkinová is the honorary representative of the Bratislava Self-Governing Region in Moscow Oblast Duma.
